Cristina Galavis - Designer
Angelica ventured into real estate in 2020, when she started a successful Staging and Interior Design Business while attending North Carolina State University. She quickly developed a keen eye and began to see the potential to modernize and profit from a wide range of properties. Since becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2022, Angelica has been a key contributor to a multi-million-dollar team.
Ethan Neumann - Owner
Ethan is a licensed Realtor® and flipper who, in 2019 began his real estate journey in his college dorm room at the University of North Carolina, Wilmington. He developed a proprietary process for finding discounted properties in North Carolina. During a three-year span, he sourced nearly 75 off-market properties for flippers and local investors, generating more than half a million dollars in revenue.
Realtors:
We understand your reputation is everything in this business. If you bring us into a deal with one of your sellers or another agent you know, we become a reflection of you. We’ve never backed out of a contract, will deposit due diligence, provide a flexible closing date, never ask for repairs to be made, and do anything else that makes the sales process easier for your seller.
Wholesalers:
We started in wholesaling so we understand the urgency and commitment you need from a buyer. We will never cut you out of a deal and will always give feedback on properties you send us. We don’t care how big your assignment fee is, how soon we need to close, or how ugly the house is. We will get the deal done on time and make sure you get paid so you can plug that money back into marketing for more deals.
Our Buy Box
We are looking for single-family, multifamily, double-wides, and townhomes that would make for a good fix and flip. Anything that is super outdated, or in need or serious repair. We will buy at any price point and just about any condition as long as there are comps to support an ARV and the numbers make sense. Location: Raleigh, Durham, Chapel-Hill, and all surrounding areas (Cary, Apex, Fuquay-Varina, Hillsborough, Wake Forest, Zebulon, Clayton, etc)
